Payment Options

Lifetime Family Dental offers a variety of payment and insurance options to help make dental care accessible for our patients. Our team is happy to review your options and answer any questions prior to treatment.

Insurance Options

We work with most major dental insurance plans, including most PPO plans, TRICARE®, Medicaid, and Medicare. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, and our team can help you understand how your insurance may apply to your treatment.

We are proud to be one of the few dental offices in the area that accepts Medicaid, as many practices no longer do. All patients are expected to respect our office policies, appointment times, and staff. Lifetime Family Dental reserves the right to refuse or discontinue care for patients who do not adhere to these expectations.

Insurance acceptance varies by plan and network. While we work with many insurance providers, individual plans, networks, and employer groups may differ. Please call our office to verify that your specific plan is accepted prior to scheduling treatment.

Financing & Payment Options

We accept all major forms of payment for out-of-pocket expenses and also work with third-party financing providers such as CareCredit and Cherry, subject to approval through those providers.

We also offer in-house financing and membership/discount plans for qualifying patients. Approval for any in-house financing or membership plan is determined at the sole discretion of Lifetime Family Dental. Participation in these programs may be limited or denied at any time based on practice policies and patient history.

Cash discounts may be available for certain treatments. Please contact our office directly to discuss available options.
